The Enrollment Process

Enrolling and/or reserving a future space for your child is simple. Contact us to schedule a time for you and your child to visit us in our center. We will be happy to answer any questions that you may have. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to meet us and learn more about what we have to offer. This time spent gives all involved an opportunity to get to know one another and to make sure that all personalities mix well. This is important and helps to ensure that all parties are comfortable with their surroundings and expectations.

There are certain records we must have on file before your child is accepted into our center. They include the following:

Complete registration form with the following information: Emergency contacts, Authorization for Pickup, Medical Information, "Received Handbook” form, Photography Authorization, and Form 121 Immunization Record.

Join Our Waitlist!

If you would like to join our waitlist, please fill out the registration form below and email the completed form to tcaom2@gmail.com.   There will be a $25 fee that will need to be paid prior to your child being added to our waitlist.  To pay this fee, click here.
